For the highest level competitors. Expect heavier loads, more skilled exercises, and maximum intensity tests designed to push limits.
Division Standards:
115/80 lb Barbell cycling
50/35 lb Dumbbell
Wall Balls (20/14)
Box Jumps (24/20)
Pull-ups
Toes-to-Bar
Jump Rope Singles (Double unders may be incentivized by not required)
Row Erg
Ski Erg
Running (Echo Bike will be a sub, but must be approved beforehand)
** BOTH partners must be able to perform ALL the movements and at the weights listed to participate in the selected division!
For intermediate athletes still looking to compete. Slightly lighter weights, and fewer skilled movements, but high intensities to still push limits.
Division Standards:
95/65 lb Barbell cycling
40/25 lb Dumbbell
Wall Balls (16/10)
Box Jumps (20/16)
Ring Rows
Straight Leg Sit-ups
Jump Rope Singles (Double unders may be incentivized by not required)
Row Erg
Ski Erg
Running (Echo Bike will be a sub, but must be approved beforehand)

For beginners who still want to participate. Focus on movement standards, proper form, and being part of a competitive community event.
